Welcome to SuDawa. By using our website (sudawa.org) or our applications (the "Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

SuDawa is a health-technology platform offering services including a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace connecting licensed pharmacies with suppliers and agents ("SuDawa Pharma"), and future services announced on this website. The Platform is a technical intermediary; the sale contract is concluded directly between the pharmacy and the supplier.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• SuDawa Pharma is for licensed facilities only (pharmacies, suppliers, agents) — not for individuals or the general public.
• Valid, current licensing documents must be provided at registration; we may refuse or suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Using the Platform to sell or promote counterfeit, expired, unlicensed, or controlled medicines without authorization is prohibited.
• Publishing false information about prices, products, or facilities is prohibited.
• Any use that violates applicable Sudanese health and pharmaceutical laws and regulations is prohibited.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and availability are set by suppliers and may change before an order is confirmed. Any dispute regarding product quality, delivery, or payment is resolved directly between the transacting parties; we provide communication tools to assist, without being a party to the contract.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Platform, its design, and the "SuDawa" brand are our property. No part of the Platform may be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice for patients.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or endangers the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
