حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق سو-دواء وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد طلبك.
حذف حسابك عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف من بريدك المسجَّل إلى support@sudawa.org بعنوان «حذف الحساب» مع اسم النشاط التجاري المسجّل.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به؟
- يُحذف: بيانات الحساب (البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم، رقم الهاتف)، صور ووثائق الترخيص، الموقع الجغرافي، رسائل الدردشة، ورموز الإشعارات.
- يُحتفظ به: سجلات الطلبات والفواتير بين المنشآت التجارية للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة المحاسبية والتنظيمية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل هويتها.
تُعالَج طلبات الحذف خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the SuDawa app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Delete your account by email
If you can no longer access the app, email support@sudawa.org from your registered address with the subject "Delete account" and your registered business name.
What is deleted, and what is kept?
- Deleted: account data (email, name, phone number), licence photos and documents, location data, chat messages, and push-notification tokens.
- Kept: business-to-business order and invoice records for as long as accounting and regulatory rules require, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days at most.
